according to Fleming left hand rule , force acts radially outwards . hence, the loop have tendency to expand under the force acting along outward drawn normal.

hence, a circular conducting wire carries current I , it lies in XY plane with center at O.the tendency of this circular loop is to expand .

therefore, option (B) is correct.
