Dear Students,

I am Jahnavi, the captain (House- Ganges) of your school. This is to bring you in notice that some students are not following the rules and regulations that everyone needs to follow especially in case of Automobiles. On 15th of $\sf{January}$ 2020, we had issued a circular  which was so complicated that now some new rules have been added to make the rules and regulations have been added for a stronger administration. These rules are as follows:-

• Students are requested to bring their automobiles only those who are above 18 years of age.
• The students who will bring automobiles will have to bring their Driving License.
• The students who are under 18 years can not use cabs to come school.
• They need to use their private cars and their parents must give them the certificate of authorisation explaining in what consequences they granted them to use the vehicle
• The sign of parents is also necessary.

So, these were the modifications from the school's side. Immediate cooperation is needed. Strict action can be taken for those who will violate the rules. These also include rustication and temporary suspension of the student. Waiting for the best response for everyone.

Use of automobiles by underage pupils

It is observed by the school that there are students who bring their automobiles to school though they are not legally allowed for the same. The students below 18 years of age are seen driving their automobiles to reach school and back home which is illegal. Keeping in mind the government rules the school has decided to take strict actions against the students who illegally drive their vehicles. It is not safe for the people as well as the student itself. If the students continue doing the same, legal actions would be taken against them.

I request the students to use the school transport and cooperate the organisation. Using automobiles being under age is not at all a safe thing. If there is any pupil seen using automobiles and is under age, the vehicle would be bound and released only on the personal guarantee of their parents.
