As the Chief Minister of a state I would allow all the womens to study,work and get qualified. If any women in my state does more work in comparison of men then I wouldn't stop her and in future I would give her a promotion as I don't want my state to be a Male dominant society...Men and women should be given equal rights and opportunities.
