to improve the condition of the school campus, I am hereby writing some suggestions for the improvement of the school campus. I think we should plant some trees in the border region of our school so that outside people do not see girls playing the playground. CCTV cameras can be placed in the classes and schools for surveillance. More guards should be appointed to near the entry-exit gates. The school premises should be covered with railings.
Being the head boy of the school, I am suggesting these ways to you and I think you should consider these suggestions.

With reference to the above subject With utmost respect, I would like to inform that I'm writing on behalf of my class to request that you make some improvements to the facilities and environment for students. I would like to request that you enhance the playground at the school. The grass on the basketball court is worn out, and it is not cleaned on a regular basis. The library benches are shattered, with nails protruding here and there, resulting in scrapes and ripped clothing.
