Today is a happy day for our school because we were chosen from among the numerous schools in the district to plan and host the 2022 Literature Fest.

I'd want to thank the Head Mistress and the teachers that made this possible on behalf of all the children at this school. Because organising such a large and famous event is a monumental task, I would like to explain the following steps to get this project moving and ultimately a tremendous success:

• a) Formation of a committee comprising 80% students and 20% teachers of the school by (date).
• b) An initial meeting will be held as to discuss way forward.
• c) Regular meetings atleast twice a week to discuss progress.
• d) Headmistress to discuss with school management regarding initial funds for organizing as well as with the Literary Fest body for grants etc.
• e) Invites to participants, publicity, media coverage and audience.
