Dear Teacher,

As Head boy of the student council of our School, I would like to build a culinary club for our school. For creating a culinary club, we have to follow some steps. That are:    

First step:  Aim for a group of 10 to 14 people. This makes it easy to manage. They are divided into small sub groups for each division of the club.          

2nd step: For this culinary club we have to Choose tasty, nutritious recipes for our school students and teachers. We can select wildly different recipes or plan around a menu or a theme (such as student-friendly dishes).    

3rd step: Then our next step will be Prepare a grocery list and go shopping . Prepare a list of all the ingredients you'll need and divide it among the group members, or designate one principal shopper.

4th step: Assign one person to each recipe and ask everyone to gather the ingredients and cooking utensils they'll need.

I pray and hope that your honor would be kind enough to permit us to organize and start the culinary club. I would like you to allocate some budget for all this to happen.
