M/s confectioners,

Naya Bazar,

Palampur.

Subject - Complaint about the poor quality of biscuits.

Sir,

This letter is in regard to the order of biscuits, placed on 20 June. Order of 100 biscuit packets and 100 namkeen packets was placed at your store. Receipt of order is attached to the letter.

35 packets of biscuits were torn and almost 20 of them held rotten smell. Namkeen also had ants over them.

This type of service is highly disappointing and infuriating. I prefer to refund the amount of order as soon as possible. No deals from your shop will be done further.
