Answer: upon arrival, out of the 100 books sent 15 of them were damaged. Based on getting books from your company in the past, I expected better. I would really like if you would take the time to go through your books before selling them to the public. It would even help to know if the ripping and pages torn was the fault of the delivery. I will be expecting the same books in the mail but in mint condition this time. Thank you for your consideration.
