the intermolecular force of attraction between the particles of the graphite is weak . The graphite has delocalised electrons . These electrons conduct charge in the graphite.

in graphite every carbon atom is attached to the other carbon atom, the number of valence electron in carbon is 4. so one valence electron is free of carbon in graphite. Hence as free electrons are available graphite conduct electricity.
