well according to me 'baal cabinet'means the children's section other than the staffs and teachers

so first of all i would be setting up someone to clean the washrooms and surroundings that not only make a clean appreance but also it would be less infectious. second if it is a public school the food counter and where and how is it made should be clean.Third the children each and every one should understand what is being taught by the teachers if in the first place they are not understanding what will be point of comming to school and in covid situation mask and all is mandatory and all the precautions should be taken . I will take steps like that and that depends on the situation as well.

Efforts I do to improve surrounding of my school are :

• Make it a cooperative environment.
• This would be a dreadful place to work if teachers were to spend the entire day instructing alone in their rooms.
• It would be awful for coworkers not to communicate with one another or work together on their lessons.
• Teachers must foster a collaborative work atmosphere at their own institutions, just as we expect our students to do.
• Get Social with Your Coworkers
• It's crucial to get to know your coworkers outside of school, as I said above. It doesn't necessarily follow that you should become close friends with them, but you should get to know them better.
• Assume a position of leadership
• Lead the way. Change it if you discover that you don't like how things are going at your school. You have the chance to change your school by assuming a leadership position.
