With due respect, I, P.J. Gupta, the president of RWA of Niti Bagh, Dwarka would like to complain about the constant presence of rowdy elements in my colony. These people are deteriorating the peace and happiness of the colony. They have created a sense of fear and terror in the mind of the people. I would like to request you to please look into the issue and take necessary step accordingly.
