Sub: Your order no. 12345 for assorted store items

With reference to the above, please note that there will be a slight delay in delivery due to government regulations. As access to Solang Valley is blocked for 2 days, the goods will now be delivered as soon as the blockade is lifted on 2 July 2019.

I am sure you will understand the situation as it is completely out of our hands.
