As the Purchase Manager of Satyam Computers, 9 Naidu Road, Hyderabad-500007, you had ordered two dozen Personal Computer from Hindustan Computers Limited(HCL), 140 M.G Road, Bangalore-500001. When the consign-ment arrived, you found some of the pieces in the damaged condition. Write a complaint letter to the Sales Manager of the company asking for repair,replacment or compensation.

Subject - Complaint against purchased computers.

Sir,

I am Purchase Manager from Satyam Computers and I had ordered two dozen personal computers on 7 February 2020.

The order was received yesterday and when the consignment was checked, four of those computers were externally damaged.

Seven of those had damaged wires. I am very disappointed with the service and I am looking forward to immediate repair, replacement or compensation of these computers.
