Dear Sir,

I had ordered a consignment containing 50 compact discs on 20th January, 2021 with reference to the bill number 47676 for my company. After receiving the package I discovered that there were at least 20 damaged compact discs which had broken down due to mishandling. Also some of the compact discs had scratches in them, due to which they will not function properly.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
