History of Indian Republic :

Indian leaders and the other citizens gathered and thought about New India. They wanted to make a new India , a republic India. They set up some rules and wrote them. Those set of rules is known as constitution.

Those rules were strongly focused on the rights , facilities , etc of the citizens. Because of that document a new Birth of the country take place . That birth is known as republic.

Republic was done by keeping the images of all persons of our country. That was republic.

Thanks !!

 <h3>REPUBLIC :

<h4>A country is said to be Republic when it is governed on the basis of laws and regulations made by the constitution.

A CONSTITUTION is a set of basic rules and regulations for people and the government in the country to follow.

HISTORY OF INDIAN REPUBLIC :

In our country INDIA, the process of framing a Constitution was started in 1946. Various luminaries more than 300 sat for innumerable meetings for a period of three years. A ' Constituent Assembly ' was formed which was composed of people from all communities and all important groups of India.
Dr. RAJENDRA PRASAD was the chairman of the Constituent Assembly and Dr. B. R. AMBEDKAR was the Chairman of Drafting Committee.

The Constitution of India was adopted in 26th JANUARY and thus India became a sovereign Republic.

Hence, On 26 th JANUARY, we all INDIANS celebrate REPUBLIC DAY because on this day our Constitution was formed and we became Republic.

<h3> NEED FOR A REPUBLIC COUNTRY

❇ A proper system of governance.

❇ Prevention of Tyranny of Majority over Minority.

❇ Prevention against destructive ideals.

❇ Universal Adult Franchise

❇ Separation of Powers

❇ To respect people's ideals as a nation.

❇ To abolish Monopoly .

And many more..

A story based on importance of being a REPUBLIC ....

&lt;h4&gt;Babu is a good cricketer. He is an excellent batsman. But the problem with Babu is that he does not like to be given ' out ' and wants to keep on batting as long as the game continues. Due to this, he loves to play in the backyard.,where his driver becomes the bowler and Babu has no fear of being given out. He can bat as long as he wishes. But due to this tendency, he would not grow into a good sportsman. There are some rules which everybody needs to follow. If we compare Babu with other budding cricketers, who play in a team and follow rules. They would learn to be better sportsperson than Babu. <br /><br />In every sphere of life, we need to follow rules. This is important because this allows space to other people as nobody should have monopoly on anything.
