as a sarpanch of our village our first planning is to built a toilets in village so that it will easy for the people's life and then second most important work is to supply good water for the peoples and then take a look to the roads of the village to see how bad it's condition is and try to solve it...and then a sarpanch's work is also to look the quarrels between the villagers it's only the big problem
