Subject: Complaint regarding poor sanitation

Dear Sir,

          Hope this letter finds you well. I am XYZ and I am the student representative of your college union. With due respect, it is to notify you that the taps and flush system of our newly built washrooms are not working properly and because of this there is no appropriate sanitation system over there. It is highly unhygienic for students and it also disturbs the image of our institute. Kindly replace the taps with the new ones and also directed the plumber as soon as possible. This work should be done by the weekend. Thank you in this regard.
