as the sun is also a star then why does it appear so large as compared to the other star??

ranjana18sana: the stars are millions of times farther away than the sun. therefore the stars apper to us like point.

Because sun is near to the earth so it appears larger in size on the other hand stars are very far from the earth so they appear small in size.
