hello I am vanita. In all of country there is covid 19 as a pandamic. we should wash our hands for 20 seconds. we should wear mask when we go outside.

Looking into this deadly pandemic situation it is very much important to take alert steps in order to keep themself and their surrounding to be healthy or Covid19 free.Since this effect is being faced by all over the world but India is now in the top list.

It is very necessary for us to take precautions in order to save ourself.

Some instructions to be followed are

1.Maintain Social distancing.

2.Avoid crowded places.

3.Avoid outings without any reason.

4.Use sanitiser frequently.

5.Wash your hands with handwash or soap and avoid hand shakes and contacts.

6.Wear masks(avoid using local ones)

7.Avoid face contacts(touching eyes,nose, lips etc.)

8.Use trusted handwash.

It is very much necessary to take precautions

after all precaution is better than cure.
