answer : option (2) 0.000024

we have to find the value of 0.3 × 0.02 × 0.004

first for all, write decimal number into fraction. this will help you to evaluate the given expression.

0.3 = 3/10 [ as one digit after decimal]

0.02 = 2/100 [ as two digits after decimal ]

0.004 = 4/1000 [ as three digits after decimal]

now, 0.3 × 0.02 × 0.004 = 3/10 × 2/100 × 4/1000

= (3 × 2 × 4)/(10 × 100 × 1000)

= (24)/(1000000)

see denominator, there are 6 zeros . so, when we converts it into fractional, we have to make digits after decimal. it can be possible when we put four zeros and then 24. i.e., 0.000024

hence, option (2) is correct choice.
