As we all know black is a color and white is also color so why we don't call a black and white TV a colored TV

because both of colour doesn't attract our eyes and both are base of colours they are counted in colours but we just think they are not attractive colours

We know that black and white are colours.....

But black and white usually are not as much liked by people's as different colours.....

TV contained on black and white cannot termed as coloured because they contain only two colours and mixture of more than 2 colors are said to be coloured...
