as we go from equator to the poles the value of g will increase or decrease

this is coz the radius towards the equator is more as compared to that of pole. and since we know that distance also affects the ' g ' so same is here.

Decrease because g is inversely proportional to radius of earth ....and radius of earth increases as we go equator to pole
