as we know acid react with aluminum to form toxic so why chocolate is wrapped in alluminum foil?

because chocolate is not an acid
its a mixture....

This is due to the surface passivization of Aluminium. A layer of aluminium oxide is formed on the surface of aluminium which prevents further reaction.
