As we know microorganisms are present everywhere. And when any food kept outside for long period of time microorganisms destroys the food and when we keep same food inside the refrigerator the microorganisms can't destroy the food. Give reason.

because the temperature is too low and hence, not favourable for all those bacteria (as well as other microorganisms) to grow in. Most bacteria that cause spoilage grow optimally between room temperature and body/blood temperature.
