As we know nucleus have +ve charge and electrons have -ve charge then why nucleus do not attract all the charge in it?

because nucleus Heve + ve charge and electron have -ve charge but Cell is completely full of charge (+-)electron because electronic configuration formula is 2n² so electron coming 2 ,8 18,32....
