As we know that Displacement=velocity*time, then consider that a body is covering a circular distance where the displacement =0, then by the above relation ,time should be Zero .But logically ,time cannot be Zero when the body is travelling a distance .So WHY we face such probalistic controversy???

in a circular motion when you are moving you don't actually consider the path you have to consider your distance as 2 pi r as r can't be zero so your v isn't actually zero in other words in a circular motion you don't have only v you have omega also which is 2piN/T so actually don't have to think as linear motion but this problem arises in linear motion also . suppose you started from a point go some distance and went back at that time t isn't actually zero cause you have to consider average velocity . hope this helps
AnnkitSarkar:
See whether we are travelling in a linear path or a circular path actually depends on the perspective we see.For example :Earth ,by walking on earth we feel to be linear but from space we see the path to be circular. If this may be the case then the Work done or energy spent of a body will vary or change according to our perspective. But Thank u for ur answer .
