as we know that gravitational force attracts all the things towards it but why it does not attracts a flame towards it?

Because it is a gas
therefore gravitational force .....

Because the atoms present in the flame or in the Gases have the higher energy, that is enough for them to escape from the Gravity. So the gravity cannot attract the flame.
