as we know that heat=I²Rt------(1), and Heat=V²/R×t-----(2). From (1), we can know that heat directly proportional to resistance but from eqn. (2), we can get that heat is inversely proportional to R. which one should i consider and why???

Answer:

dimensions of both equations are same

in 2) we have V=IR and hence heat become directly proportional to resistance

Explanation:

(I^2R^2)/(R× t)
