Hi , there !!
solid get heated then Molecule gains the kinetic energy and result in separation of intramolecular separation result in liquefying the solid
CONDITION : REQUIRED CERTAIN TEMPERATURE AND PRESSURE FOR LIQIFICATON
but when we have pakaudi in kadhai we have not certain temprature and pressure to gain their Kinetic energy to LIQIFICATON
so it can't LIQIFIED
so it remains in solid state
hope it helps !!
thanks
