as we know the water is transparent but why clouds are not colourless

Water is colourless but clouds which are made up of water are white in appearance.

This is beacuse clouds follows refraction of light, since, these droplets are so close we find that this dispersion of light by water droplets again converges to white color and this clouds appears white.
