Asbestos sheet is more preferred over iron sheet. This is because of the following reasons:

1. Asbestos sheet is corrosion resistant. This helps in longer durabilty.

2. It is cheaper than iron sheet.

3. It is more efficient for usage.

4. It doesn't get affected by weather due to which maintenance cost is less.

Hence asbestos sheet is preferable.
