Step-by-step explanation:

Ashish walks 2 1/3 km = (3*2+1)/3

=7/3 km

Himanshu walks 2 2/5 km = (5*2+2)/5

=12/5km

LCM of 3 and 5 =15

= 7*5/3*5 ; 12*3/5*3

=35/15 ; 36/15

36-35/15

=1/15 km

= 0.666..km

Therefore Himanshu had walked more by 1/15km or 0

666..km.

Length of full track =4*2+3/4

=11/4 km

LCM of 15 and4= 60

35*4/15*4 ; 36*4/15*4 ; 11*15/4*15

=140/60 ; 144/50 ; 165/60

Distance Ashish has to walk= 165/60 - 140/60

= 165-140/60

=25/60

=5/21 km

Distance Himanshu has to walk = 165/60 - 144/60

= 165-144/60

=21/60

= 7/20 km
