Ashok, Kishore and Ramesh are partners in a firm. All of them have contributed capital
to the partnership firm. However, the firm's business is managed by Ashok and Kishore.Therefore, outsiders have got the impression that there are only two partners. Asim advanced loan of INR 50000 to the firm. Later on, he approached Ashok and Kishore for repayment of
loan but they expressed inability to pay the loan.
Can Asim approach Ramesh for repayment of the loan? Given reason.
