Once there were a few extremely hungry people in our country. 
They had no food to eat and were fighting for their survival. 
So, our leaders decided to feed them, slowly, by giving them lands to cultivate.
The whole country more or less supported this, as of course, we all are human beings who understand hunger. 
They slowly cultivated the free land they got, but these lands were not sufficient as their kids grew up. 
So the next generation was also given free lands. 

Finally, the day has come when they cultivated enough to have their hunger fully satiated.
The time has come when the government should humbly stop supporting them as its purpose is fulfilled.
 But unfortunately now the times have changed. 
There were no selfless leaders alive nor were the new generation of repleted kids, grateful. 
Both need each of them to survive. They partner up. 
The power hungry leaders propose to give them more and more free lands in exchange for votes. 
And the kids reciprocate. Now, the replete kids have both land and power. 

The word 'Reservation' has turned into 'corruption'.
