The most adverse effect of these posters and bills is the damage they do the public property. Student B: Such a reckless waste of national money and resources! Secondly, these posters and handbills spoil the beauty of the city; foreigners visiting our city find these ugly sights quite shocking. This leads to a bad image of our society in their minds.

Student B: Not at all! Another serious problem that these handbills and posters cause is accidents. You must be wondering how they can accidents. Well, these bills often catch the attention of the people driving vehicles. Even the slightest distraction on awfully busy roads is sufficient to cause accident.
Student A: This problem can be controlled. The municipal corporation will have to come into action. There should be heavy fine on those who deface public property. People should also come forward and fight against this nuisance.
