(b)I think reaction of others should be serious regarding it.They should be aware of the importance of clean surroundings.
(c)The major source by which the awareness can be brought is by Media,Televisions,Newspapers etc. Moreover big boards for creating awareness could be placed.
(d)We would make people realise that the public property is like our own property so we should not spoil it as we are a major component of this society.
