you see a lot of handbills and posters stuck on wall.....
what problems do you think this could cause?

Because of this action the heritage and the culture of the country cannot be passed on to the future generations.
To stop this we can make people aware of our country's culture and create an awareness amongst them about the problems and the consequences the future generation will face.

i would say that this not only is a waste of paper but then it also leads to a lot of other problems such as stray animal eating those bills of the wall or it just causes more dirt in the city.. i would react to this in a mature way by explaining the problems or the troubles of sticking papers or handbills on the wall and i would most probably write a letter complaining about this issue to the municipal cooperation who take handle these situations accordingly
