In the ancient times, India had a Gurukul system means if anyone wished to study they would go their teacher's house and study. Then the modern school system was brought to India which also included the English language in it, it was originally introduced by Lord Thomas Babington in the 1830.

India is divided into 28 states and 7 Union Territories, the national policy on education offered free and compulsory education of satisfactory quality to all children below the age of 14 years.

The education system in India has four levels; lower primary(age 6-10), upper primary ( 11 and 12), high(13 to 15) and higher secondary(17 and 18), whereas the lower primary school, is divided into five standards. Upper primary school into two, high school into three and higher secondary into two. Students around the country had to learn three languages including; English, Hindi, and their mother tongue.

India's higher education system is undergoing a lot of changes since 1947, largely based upon the British education system.

The All-India Council of Technical Education(AICTE) was also established to keep a quality check on the education system and also an establishment of new private colleges. All recognized universities are members of the Association of Indian Universities(AIU).

Admission to undergraduate courses requires completion of 10 years of schooling and admission to graduate program is based upon the completion of bachelor's degree( 3-4 Years)

Answer:

Good morning to everyone in this room. I will discuss my opinions regarding the Indian educational system in my speech. People with more education may be easier to drive but harder to lead. Additionally, it makes governing simple but enslaving difficult. It is true that a man is just marginally better than an animal without education. Therefore, true education is the development of the mind, and it is necessary for living a happy life. India has a rich intellectual history. The flow of knowledge has been going on for a long time. Numerous astronomers, mathematicians, scientists, and other experts have conducted various types of research. Through education, they have created a lot of inventions. Unquestionably among the oldest in the world is the Indian educational system.

India's current educational landscape

  • It is true that the Indian educational system is not the greatest.
  • It is fairly monotonous and ineffective due to the lack of revisions and upgrades.
  • Students are not very interested in their education. The issue of pupils' lack of enthusiasm in learning is being caused by a variety of issues.
  • People hold the traditional educational system responsible. The system has created a very reflecting image of education and study.
  • Education is more about inquiry than it is about working hard to pass exams and assessments.
  • But it seems like the existing educational system is a hardship.

Lack of education with computers:

  • Only concentrating on books and paperwork is the part of our educational system that is the most onerous.
  • I just want to know why schools don't eliminate paper from the educational process!
  • In the modern world, computer-assisted methods should be used to provide education.
  • The entire educational system should be automated for all tasks.

Indian Education System Improvement

  • By imposing unnecessary constraints and rules, schools and instructors risk distorting the joyous pursuit of education.
  • Teachers need to entice students with the allures of education, learning, and acquiring information.
  • Teachers must explain to the students the excitement involved in the process of transmitting knowledge.
  • Classroom instruction must be more entertaining than dull.
  • A reliable system should be in place to monitor how pupils get to school.
  • The sensors in the identity cards have the ability to automatically SMS the parents to let them know that their children have arrived at school.
  • Additionally, educators must make learning exciting at school. The allure and allurement of education much outweighs the lures of unneeded distractions.
  • To create a better system that is more useful and gives pupils hands-on learning, our educational policymakers must investigate the issue.

Conclusion

  • Therefore, if we want to protect our independence, it is absolutely necessary.
  • Our nation has seen how a small number of Englishmen governed this area for more than a century.
  • This resulted from the absence of a real educational system.
  • This should never happen again, and the only way to prevent it is to have an ideal school system.
  • The real education system would enable us to control our fate.
