Junk Food

Junk Food is defined as food that does not contain balanced nutrients, and therein bad for the body. Junk Food should be avoided to the greatest possible extent. Junk Food creates a bodily imbalance, resulting in various deficiency and superabundant diseases such as Obesity.

Junk Food is now the talk of the town. According to Public Health Experts at Yale University, due to consumption of junk food, the lifespan of a human being has gone from 100-120 to 70-80. It has fallen about 33%.

Like  I said earlier, Junk Food should be avoided to the greatest extent.
