The great Buddha has said, “Health is the greatest gift, contentment the greatest wealth, faithfulness the best relationship.” Health is wealth in the sense that all the wealth of any sort that one wants to possess can be had only if one is healthy! Suppose a man wishes to enjoy his life to the maximum. For this he requires abundant supply of resources such as, money, luxuries, company of like-minded friends, etc. Suppose he has all of these except health. Do you think he will be able to enjoy life? No, not at all. Life's luxuries can only be enjoyed only when one is healthy. A diseased millionaire will not be able to enjoy half as much as healthy labourer who just manages to make both ends meet. As life's delicacies can only be relished in pure health; not in abundant resources.
Only a healthy person can manage to do well in his studies, which is the first hallmark of a promising career. Anyone who is not healthy cannot excel in his studies as the bodily pain won't let that person focus on his studies. Secondly, no job is given to a diseased person. Before appointment, MNCs have medicals done of their prospective employees. If the medical is not as per their standards, the selection is cancelled!
Maintaining one’s health in the contemporary challenging times is not an easy task. Rising levels of pollution, deforestation, ever rising stress due to work, responsibilities, deadlines and the competitiveness, food adulteration, faulty sleep habits, fast-food, etc. have adversely affected the human health.
If one has to maintain his health one really needs to take great care of his health. Balanced, nutritious food, clean, healthy water, proper physical exercise, positive and cheerful attitude to life and its challenges, meditation, yoga, proper sleep are the ingredients to a healthy and fulfilling living.
So we must ensure our health first, before planning anything else in the world. Without health everything is impossible.Answer:
A healthy mind stays in a healthy body and a healthy body healtfies the society, and later the healthy society healthifies a healthy nation.
Health is the biggest wealth any person or any nation could have and hence, the Government of the nation should make extra efforts to increase the efficiency and facilities in the fields of medical.
Fitness is maintained by doing exercise like jogging, skipping, cycling, etc or my working out at the gym. A person should always do morning exercise along with meditation to keep his/her mind healthy along with his body.
Yoga, especially meditation plays an important role in keeping the mind healthy as when we do deep inhalation, the amount of oxygen taken increases which is supplied to brain and other parts of the body and the body works more precisely.
Eating Healthy is also important along with regular exercise. If a person eats excess junk after exercise, then there is no use of his efforts.
Junk food includes heavy amount of fats which leads to obesity which itself as a disease and hence, junks should be avoid.
We should never forget that we are the future of our nation and keeping oneself is as important as keeping the nation healthy.
