Music is food for the soul, the sunshine on a rainy day, the stress-buster, the game-changer, the friend that will never forsake you and a companion in times of need. Music has a special place in my heart and means the world to me. Be it jazz, rock, R&B, blues or just good old country, it captivates my senses in the most amazing way and succeeds in blocking out the noise of this world by transporting me to a world far away, where anxiety has no place and joy takes over.
