as no one has right to treat stray animals with crudely because they are also the living beings they are always not hurting us people who think that licking a dog is bad jumping the dog is bad they are just a worst person of this world. we should make a neighbour realise that the animals are also a living beings they can also breath and they should not behave rudely with them.
