Can we change the nature of matter with sound waves? This is because when a substance is heated, the molecules of the substance begin to decompose and then the state of the substance changes. Is it possible to change the state by vibrating the molecules of matter even with sound waves?

Wa alaikum assalam. I dont think so, but sound can cause matter to display a number of very strange properties.
