the answer is first study properly and learn ur habits and learn ur mind or study ur mind so that u can see what u think what you do and what u study.Then if u r doing any wrong thing then u can control urself.
And firstly let u know what u want to become and then u can achieve ur goals but concente on only one goal that is more easy to achieve it..
