As the wires are made up of same material and have same length, but wire A is thinner than wire B, hence the resistivity of B is greater than A. As resistance increases with thickness of material.

Resistivity is a material property. And Resistance is inversely proportional to the cross section area of the wire. So, thinner the wire, higher the resistance.
