1) Plants don't have any specialised organs for excretion and they will store some of tye waste materials in dead parts of the leaf and they excrete as the leaf withers off and some plants remove their waste materials in the form of resins and gums

2) In plants, water and minerals are transported with the help of xylem tissue and the tracheids and vessels arrange themselves in a way that the water can be transported from root to the aerial parts very easily. The water is transported upwards with the help of suction force.
