WHY Option B:

As per textbook,it says that Arid soil is generally sandy in texture and saline in nature which is correct But also in  textbook  its given that, Due to dry climate and high temperature ,evaporation is faster and the soil lacks humus and moisture that is why it becomes unfits for cultivation. And Therefore Reason is incomplete.

Hence,Option B is the correct
