Assertion: HIV infection more often spreads due to conscious behaviour patterns and is not something that happens inadvertently , like pneumonia or typhoid.
Reason : infection of AIDS in blood transfusion patients newborns (from mother) etc. may takes place due to poor monitoring.

just a small example is there read it carefully. hope you will understand it.

when a patient requires blood due to excessive loss of blood. generally it is taken from the blood bank. so sometimes due to poor management or poor monitoring the blood is not scanned carefully and if there is traces of HIV in that blood it will affect the person who recieves the blood. so in this case the person who tests the blood sample has done it consciously. but it case of typhoid and pneumonia the person is unaware and when he or she account comes in contact with the infected person he or she also might get infected
