mass of the paricle when particle moves with high speed v is given by:

m =
 \frac{m}{ \sqrt{1 -  \frac{ {v}^{2} }{ {c}^{2} } } }


therefore when speed of the particle increases, mass of the particle remains same.charge remains unaffected by the speed of the speed of the particle.
