Yes , Neoprene also called Polychloropene ( C₄H₅Cl ) can be further hardened by heating with Sulphur


Reason/ Explanation 

Sulfur frequently undesirable in neoprene , Sulfur have lower heat & water resistance property so it promotes hardening . 

Also neoprene contain Allylic double bond , Which promotes in introducing Sulphur bridges b/w different polymer chain.

Note→ During heating or vulcanization, atomic bridges of sulfur are formed between the chain , known as cross links.
